It’s already getting dark outside. It’s not completely dark yet, and you can hear a sleepy bird tweeting its goodnight song somewhere in the distance. You may not feel like sleeping yet, but that’s how it is in summer. Don’t forget that you have another long day ahead of you tomorrow and you need to gather your strength for it.
Lie on your back and close your eyes. Are you comfortable? Take a deep breath in and out. Notice how the air gently tickles your nose each time.
Imagine that both your arms and legs are like rags. Your whole body feels heavy. You must be tired after the long day you’ve had. Breathe in, breathe out.
