It’s already getting dark
Lie on your back and close your eyes. Are you comfortable? Take a deep breath in
Imagine that both your arms and legs are like rags. Your whole body feels heavy. You must be tired after the long day you’ve had. Breathe in, breathe out.

You can hear something though, can’t
A second one bounced off the glass.
The third and fourth fell at the same time.
And now there’s the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh. Suddenly, so many raindrops are falling that they can’t even be counted. The drumming drops start playing a rainy concert
Here and there, the gentle murmur turns into a roar. That’s the sound of falling water when a strong wind blows into it. Listen to how nature sings outside. The tree branches and blades of grass are enjoying the warm rain. The earthworms have already started peeking out of the ground to see what’s going on.
